REISSUANCE OF PATENT
THE COMMISSIONER OF PATENTS AND TRADEMARKS
Having received an application for the reissuance of a patent, the title and description of the invention are enclosed herewith, and the requirements of law having been satisfied, a reissue patent is hereby granted on the invention.
UNITED STATES PATENT
The person(s) having title to this patent are granted the right to prevent others from making, using, or selling the invention in the United States for a period of 17 years from the date of original grant of this patent. This right is subject however to the payment of certain maintenance fees required by law.
